Oliver Gardner

Oliver Gardner was managing partner at Miller Gardner Solicitors until 2004. He was responsible for running one of the largest criminal defence practices in the country and has personally represented clients in some of the most high profile criminal cases. In 1998 he successfully defended clients in what became known as the largest drug smuggling case this country had ever known and he also acted in a kidnapping case which produced the Country's largest ever known submission of forensic evidence.

He left MillerGardner in October 2004 and joined Henry's Solicitors where he developed a successful motoring law department and greatly increased the firms general client base as a result of his robust representation of clients and the high level of service he provided.

Oliver has a dedicated client following and a reputation for his keen attention to detail and practiced advocacy style.

Daniel Berke

Daniel Berke has brought the case management style he developed from working on high value fraud cases to the practice. He has defended several high profile cases including multi million pound VAT frauds, a fraud against a leading blue chip phone company and numerous other serious matters.

Daniel holds senior positions in two high profile charities was recently awarded the prestigious Herzl Award for his services.

He was founder of the Carter Moore Solicitors road traffic department and has defended the interests of motorists in Courts throughout the UK.

His passionate advocacy style and 'can do' attitude have earned him a first class reputation.

Both Daniel and Oliver have appeared on local and national media to discuss their cases; including Radio 4, The Times and various press releases. Daniel and Oliver also appear as regular guests on 106.9 Silk FM to discuss legal matters.
