We do not accept cases from accident management companies or recommend to our clients that they enter into short term loan arrangements to cover our fees and/or disbursements.

Our solicitors will aggressively pursue your claim to seek to ensure that you are awarded maximum compensation for your injury and for any other costs or losses incurred as a result of the accident.

We do not charge clients for any work in the event that we are unable to recover any compensation. If we win your case, any costs will be recovered on top of your compensation. We will not take a single penny of your compensation.
